I have 32 years of experience and use a talkative, interactive style to help individuals and couples make positive changes in their lives. Patients have often told me that I have helped them when others have not. I will help you find the direction you are looking for.

I'll work together with you like a detective to find out what is keeping you stuck. I am experienced at including a combination of approaches: cognitive/behavioral, insight/oriented, couples counseling. We find what isn't working, then create strategies that will work so you can take control of your life.

My goal is to be the most effective therapist I can be by frequently attending professional conferences and weekly supervisory meetings. I am Past-President and a Board Member of Missouri Society for Clinical Social Workers and Founding Member and former Missouri Representative of the National Clinical Social Work Association.”
